What can beat the refreshing taste of raspberries and pineapple, especially on those warmer days or when you need a cool, nutritious treat after a workout. Try this excellent refresher.

  • 3/4 cup of Pure Maple Water
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup of yogurt of your choice
  1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth
